Bentley is partnering with Dezer Development for the project, which will be the British manufacturer’s first-ever luxury residential tower. No stranger to branded residences, Dezer’s resume includes the Armani/Casa and Porsche towers. It partnered with Sieger Suarez Architects for both endeavors; the firm will be overseeing the design of the new Bentley construction as well. We’re putting saunas in each unit, as well as outdoor showers on the balconies.” When Dezer talks about balconies, don’t start imagining small big-city balconies people use to store potted plants. Balconies range from 1,100 feet to 1,800 feet (335 meters to 549 meters) they’re the size of a New York City apartment with an outdoor kitchen.
